Beautiful Flowers and Exceptional Service!nMy daughter was outside, in freezing temperatures, changing her car battery and missed her delivery, they called me and redelivered her flowers and helped her finish up.
We ordered 3 small bouquets for my daughter’s wedding. The bouquets looked no different than something I could have picked up at Trader Joe’s and they cost close to 400 dollars. When I asked the designer why the bouquets and stems were not wrapped in burlap she claimed we never talked about that and then instead of trying to make things right she said she had been designing flowers for 35 years and this is how it is done. She also told me that I might want to stop at the dollar store to pick up 3 vases as she would not provide them to keep the flowers looking nice until the wedding. Terrible customer service, overpriced, would not recommend.
