Very rude and unprofessional I have been in customer service more than the people working this job and I still have mannors and respect for all people no matter what. The old goat lady had the nerve to tell us she spent 7min being patient answer questions. However that's her job is to answer questions. We wrote our questions down so we can get the correct information. Talking to multiple people who give different answers can be very confusing. Well she yelled at us and told us we wasted her time. Sad thing is we are in ANOTHER state.

This court should be reviewed as a 0! Terrible in decision making and extremely biased and aligned to the detrimental state of the mother.nA full audit should be conducted of this court and the judicial review process in Kalamazoo Family Court. A judicial overhaul movement should be arranged based on the reviews of the majority of the population. In order to file a grievance on this court it can be found on google. File to -nFLBR at courts dot mi govdotcom. This place manufactures Fatherless children and wonders why our system is falling apart. A total disgrace and should be outsourced to another state.

Very one sided. Definitely benefits the Mother and I feel sorry for my ex spouse who now has to pay outrageous child support and my ex spouse was stripped of his time with our child. I had to change the visitation for him too because of inept Referee's and judges that favor women. Unfair. Our and Senator about this

I've had business here a few times and every time that I've had to go here I had a pleasant experience. The staff was professional and helpful, kind and respectful. Although you're usually not there under the best of circumstances the staff here will help you make the most of your day.

They never get back to you with the information that you are asking for instead you are transferred to a automated phone service that keeps looping you to stay on it.
