Great engagement and service. Knowledgeable people who communicate wonderfully and answered to all my questions. Willingness to pick up and deliver was fantastic. The bike rides wonderfully after their service. A great place to support and build my joy of riding.

Great experience all around - some overdue TLC for my gravel bike was knocked out in a day or two (tires, pedals, bottom bracket, chain). At intake, the diagnosis was easy and all work was explained to me very clearly. The pricing and schedule was explained well. When the work was complete, notifications came both by phone and email. Pick-up was also easy. The fine folks at Pedal were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful at all stages. I'm a happy camper :)

Cycling, like many sports can be pretentious and exclusive, but there is none of that at Pedal. Here, you'll find a super friendly staff and a shop that is inclusive of cyclists of all levels. Bikes for all skill levels and budgets and the gear to match. Every employee who I've dealt with at the shop has been top notch and extremely helpful.

I walked into pedal tonight and I was treated with nothing but respect. I'm very impressed with how they not only handled me, but how everyone else was treated. I was leaving pedal and I got a call from Dillion asking if I would possibly be interested in any other pair of sunglasses rather than the ones I placed my order for. He is very excellent at his job! Very nice job Pedal keep it up!
