Never went there
Although the apartment buildings are slightly older, they are clean and well maintained. The only issue I've had is a roof leak that people from maintenance said they can do nothing about. On the plus side, this is a very family-friendly place with lots of outdoor space for children. It is also very quite which makes it an excellent place to get work done or study. Please know that there is no A/C. Heat for the winter is excellent.
It is my first week in kewadin village it is nice place close to the campus water electricity laundry and internet all are free each complex have a little park in the middle where kids can play. My apartment was clean with new oven and refrigerator. I recommend it.
Nice place!
I live in Kewadin for a few years now. Plus: it is a nice community of almost exclusively graduate students and faculty. It is on campus, short walk to my office. Minus: the buildings are quite old and often maintained by undergrads on hourly wage, so don't expect much. The management recently started to regulate small stuff and is a bit annoying. Also, they made laundry free. Now random people can do it if they can get a key from residents. I dont think I want to stay another yearnUpdate: some of the issues I mentioned were resolved after I moved out (according to a friend).
