I rated them a 2 stars because I can’t seem to get the point across to them that I work all over the United States and into Canada. If I’m in need of anything, they always tell me I need an appointment. I have ongoing medical issues but it isn’t always an option to make an appointment. Very high turnover rate is making me re think my relationship with them. I will say the Deb and Dr Mohan are really good at what they do, I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff.nnThis particular time I was hospitalized and needed to get a release form signed so they could get my records from the out of state hospital. Faith, once again told me I needed to make an appointment. She then tried to pawn it off on one of the other girls, like they were the one that called or SHOULD HAVE called.

I have been a patient with Rosewood for about 10 years now. My past few experiences at the office have been unsatisfactory. The staff is unorganized and does not communication with one another. At my most recent appointment I was diagnosed over the phone when my bloodwork came back and asked to come in for an appointment. At the appointment I was told the exact opposite and was asked to do further testing. I’m even more mind blown that no one working here has apologized to me or tried to clarify the situation for me to regain trust in this practice.nnUnfortunately, this office doesn’t seem to be able to juggle the spa and healthcare because everything has really gone down hill in the past few years. I have found a new doctor to get to the bottom of my health problems. I highly recommend you do not waists you time or money at this practice. You’re health is not a joke and should be taken seriously by your doctor.

I've been going to Rosewood for their Medical Spa services for about 10 months and it's always been an excellent experience. You can immediately tell that Dr. Annu Mohan is a doctor who really cares about her patients. She is warm and caring but still maintains her professionalism. Dr. Mohan and her staff are all very knowledgeable about all treatments and do everything they can to help you reach your goals. She always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I Highly recommend Rosewood Healthcare and Medical Spa for any cosmetic needs.
