It was the worst I ever had they had one price on the shelf and charged me ten more at check out vary un happy
Second time I’ve had to leave this review.n3-16-21 I called about renting a truck and informed them it would be rented around 8pm and I wouldn’t be done with the vehicle until after 9pm, the time they close. I was told that this was acceptable, and that I just turn the keys in the following day at 6am. I called once more to double check, since I would be driving an hour to this location, and was told it was acceptable. Upon arrival, I was informed by the woman I’d spoken to that she found out a next day key drop off was no longer allowed. I asked for the general manager, some guy with a beard, and offered zero help for a solution. Just that I’d wasted my time. He even doubled down on his response in a defensive manner. As a longtime worker of the service industry and current manager of a hotel, I haven’t seen such poor customer service in quite awhile. I wouldn’t recommend this location whatsoever. The one in Lansing let me do an overnight rental as recent as last July.

Staff was great and very helpful. Giving four stars because they are a bit overzealous on the mask wearing. But what can ya do?
Always a great one stop shopping place that has everything you need. But like a lot of businesses, they are short handed with qualified help.
