SO SO SO many great experiences here. I’ve been coming here on and off for three years! I’ve been regularly coming through the pandemic. I’m super impressed with the crowd meter tool and the awesome staff deep cleaning every night! The staff at this location is also super helpful and friendly for the most part. When I first started coming here at 16 for the teen summer challenge, staff were helpful and knowledgeable in helping me learn how to use the equipment for the first time and fix my form. Now they’re letting me know when it’s my turn for the massage chair at the end of my workout and telling us to have a great night!
First time tanning ladies at the counter were polite an friendly tanning beds were nice clean an hot very good first impression
I dont have any particular issues with the staff or accommodations at this facility other than the general size of it. Too often i find lines outside of the facility due to the number of people being inside of the facility. I know this is to accommodate state restrictions on the number of people of close proximity but i thought it was small before lockdown. Thats the only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star establishment. Otherwise no complaints.
The staff is always friendly & willing to help you. I was able to have help setting up a fitness program that works for me.
