I called to get some information on a whole home generator and I spoke with Amber who works in the office. She was so pleasant to talk to, professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and gave me confidence in the company. My husband and I spoke with several dealers to get information and when we decide to purchase our generator APCOM will definitely be our choice.

Thank you APCOM! Apcom came out gave us a quote on a generac, gave us a time and when they could install, and fulfilled their promise! The crew explained in detail how it would work. Last night we lost power. Within a few min our generac started up! I highly recommend this company. Great customer service and very informative!

I bought a new Generac power Washer. It didn't work on day one. I took it to Apcom as a Authorized service dealer. I told them if the repair were not under warranty do not fix the power washer. They charged me $150. They said the service was not covered under the warranty. The power washer still does not work. I wont use them again. Nor will I buy a Generac product.

Just like all the other reviews I found Apcon to be great price and great service, EVERY-one from the desk to the owner to the installers were extremely nice polite and accommodating. Would recommend them for sure!
