Unprofessional staff. This place is the epitome of civil rights violations. Websites and links convey vague information and they also won’t work on a lot of devices. New traffic pay site makes you shutoff ad blockers and firewalls so your private information is exposed. I’ll be moving my family out of this county and state due to corruption, high poverty and crime rates!
They haven't answered their phone in a month. I finally am able to get in touch with someone and she was absolutely no help! I don't know what to do, where to go, have even more questions, and she hung up in my face after screaming at me through the phone. Now I'm charged with late fees, have things on my record, for a ticket that was wrongfully given. I just want to fight the ticket. I want to figure out a resolution, not fight with a rude Karen secretary.
they really do try to help people but most of the in there are rude the only judge i like is judge black and lory as a probation officer

The staff here is rude!!!!! I called to talk about an old case and she continuously cut me off and told me that she did not care. I'm not calling for your concer. But give me the decency to explain why I'm calling. Information on my case was completely wrong and they don't even have all the documents on files. UNPROFESSIONAL.
