Chuck was such an amazing driver!!! He communicated with each winery he took us too to make sure everything went smoothly. He’s the best.

Elk Rapids High School in Michigan was forced to cancel a field trip to NYC this March due to the pandemic. Blu Lakes Bus Charters refuses to refund any money to the school, students and chaperones. They have said they will issue vouchers to be used for future bus trips. Graduating seniors are just plain out the money... They told them to scalp the vouchers to underclassmen. Most of the parents will not be sending their students on a class trip where we could even use the vouchers for a very very long time Us patents have emailed and left messages that have all gone unanswered. There were approximately 90 students and chaperones at $290/each...$26,000 is a conservative guess. This company was paid the money and incurred no costs.. drivers weren't paid and gas wasn't burned. Why are they keeping $26,000 of our school's/communities money. They didn't earn it and it's a travesty for some of these families right now! Absolutely Disgustedufffc!Blue Lake Charters and Tours

Drew was so personable & informative regarding our peninsula winery trip. We were connected with him for a reason, for sure. What a SUPER guy!

Absolutely the best around! Makes every trip stress free and we all get to sit back, relax and enjoy the ride! Extra friendly staff as well, this is why I gave 5 stars.. VERY happy!
