DeAnna was kind and professional, took me on a beautiful tour through traverse city, MI. Was very knowledgeable on all things in the area (docks, old buildings & architecture, communities and their festivals/traditions). She has also shown us over four beautiful properties throughout the state, met us and made everything convenient and fun. We always laugh while working with her, and are grateful for all her hard work!

Deanna was the least professional real estate agent I ever had to deal with. During the pandemic she showed a house of mine I had listed (and of course showed up late). She didn’t wear any of the required protective gear even though the units she showed were occupied. Atop that, she disregarded my Realtor and reached out to me directly calling me pet names like “honey”. Later after her own buyers she represented fired her, they showed me the texts that she sent them, planning from the first offer to lowball me during inspection - being entirely unethical. She violated every rule and ethic real estate is supposed to have, and yet her Broker did nothing to avail the situation. It was an embarrassment and she should have her license revoked!

DeAnna is the most professional and timely realtor that I have worked with in a long time. I highly recommend her.

If you are looking for a realtor DeAnna Fulco will not only meet your expectations, she will exceed them!nnMy husband and I had a limited time to see properties in the Traverse City area.  She was thorough hearing and understanding what we were looking for.  She nailed our wants and needs with everything she lined up for us!  We were very impressed with her knowledge of the area and what was available.nnWe were in the thick of Covid-19 and uncertainty was at every turn.  DeAnna's professionalism put our concerns to rest with her upfront explanation and modeling of their business protocols to protect us the clients, our realtor DeAnna, as well as the sellers allowing us to all come into their homes.  We all needed to wear masks, were provided and used hand sanitizer and hand wipes if we wanted to open doors, cabinets, etc. and were asked to maintain distance when necessary.  We really appreciated all of this.nnWe quickly found the right home and DeAnna was either ahead or on top of every single next step.  She went above and beyond to make the buying process, inspection and any loose ends go as smoothly as possible.  I cannot thank her enough for all her knowledge, expertise, patience, guidance and involvement with our home buying experience.  We had a lot of questions and a lot to learn.  DeAnna was helpful and responded quickly, was readily available and if she didn't know the answer, she immediately was on it to get that answer.nnYou will not go wrong with DeAnna Fulco as your realtor.  We will continue to do business with her and send referrals her way.  And if we decide to sell our home down the road, she will be handling it.
