Gave this one a shot. I was polite and friendly as I am wherever I’m dealing with customer service, but lady who was working today 6/27/20 at 2:00 was very rude (even sarcastic) and unhelpful besides. Thanks for ruining my Saturday.
Ordered product, shiped same day. Week and half later says it's still sitting in Traverse Michigan only 5 hours away from my house. Get your lazy self's back to work and quit crying unsafe work conditions. I would love to have a job and work right now.
Super friendly staff! This is probably the best post office in Traverse City. They make sure boxes are properly taped before sending them off. That’s a huge win in this area. There are tape Nazis in other nearby offices that shall remain unnamed.
The post office is such an amazing resource, willing to do so many things that corporations are to cheap and lazy to do. It saddens me when I see amazon purchasers that are too cheap to upgrade their shipping then complain. The issue is education. Do you know what special services usps provides that no one else is willing to?
