This is a very disfunctional facility that I would stay away from. I'm going to complain to Lansing about it. My brother is in there with Covid 19 diagnosis so you want to be able to talk to him on the phone and their employees tell me it's a old phone system that doesn't have enough lines so you can never talk to your relative there and get a update on their condition.The unit manager Colleen is not a medical person neither is administrator Heidi so they dont care about your complaints. My brother says the food is terrible and I order food to be delivered and he doesn't get it . It sounds like from my brother that they are really under staffed. Probably a FOR PROFIT Corporation that is a chain of sloppy care !

The administrator is amazing. Heidi works very hard and truly cares about her residents and employees!!

Great care, amazing customer service and the staff go above and beyond to help anyone. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of short term or long term care!

Staff go above and beyond to make sure residents needs are met to either rehabilitate and return to the community or to enjoy their time in long term care to the fullest.
