If you want a pharmacy that ignores the Doc's prescriptions, that is basically lazy and does not care about you, this is the place. Otherwise, go on line and use woundcareshop.com. To bad, I try to buy local, but not when the service is this horrible. Thompson refused to help and woundcareshop actually stayed open late to make sure they got the supplies out for next day delivery.

I will start this review by saying I have been an RN for 30 years. I have been in charge of ICU, CCU, family practice, minor ER clinic and a medical unit at a prison for 500 men. I have never been involved with a pharmacy that is more incompetent than this one. Their communication with client and physician alike is so appalling as to be non existent. If you would like to have simple prescriptions refilled in a timely manner take your business elsewhere. Otherwise be prepared for shortages in your prescription refills and extended delays in any refills which you manage to somehow maneuver through their incomprehensible refill system

I transferred from CVS because CVS was not keeping my medications correct or even in times of refill didn't have them. Transfer to Thompson's Pharmacy, have not had nothing but good reports and service since then. It's nice doing business with a couple of gentlemen who look out for their customers

Criminal place. They’ve up-charged the alcohol to make hand sanitizer by 700%.nWalmart carries bottles TWICE the size for 2.50. Thompson’s up-charged half the size to over $7.nLast time I checked, price gouging is illegal and this will be reported to authorities.
