The sleep study place was a little creepy but not intolerable. I need adjustments made on a CPAP unit. The supplier says I need to talk to the doctor and guess what nobody ever answers the phone. Recording after recording after recording. Don't think anybody works

I wish I could post with no stars. Had sleep study consultation appointment scheduled way out. I thought they said they would send paperwork to me to fill out and bring in. Never got it. Never got a reminder call for the appointment. I work at a very busy, fast paced office. Without reminders, forgot my appointment. 7 months later I try to get back in. Their response to my doctor making the referral was that I missed my appointment in May. That was it. I was out. Couldn't get an appointment. What kind of office does that? Very strange and very unprofessional. So I went somewhere else that had great people that were happy to have me as a patient. I have not heard one good thing about this clinic and I wonder how Munson can let this go on. The customer experience (includes patients too) is so critical to protecting your brand, reputation and business vitality. I just can't fathom how this clinic remains open, viable, with such a bad reputation and such poor regard towards patients and/or potential patients.

Yearly check up with Carol NP. Very thorough exam.nnNurse’s sleep report was received by Airway Oxygen in a timely manner. Thus fulfilling yearly update requirement for CPAP supplies.

Cynthia Nichols, Ph.D. Is excellent. Very knowledgeable and competent. However I do agree with other comments in that phone calls are not returned and scheduling is difficult. Two appointments that I waited months to have somehow got lost, and I showed up for nothing. Finally the third time Dr. Nichols actually agreed to see me after hours. She was worth the wait, but the frustration with scheduling continues.

EXTREMELY SLOW AND EXPENSIVE - It took 9 months to go through the process of a sleep study and receive the results.nnIt took 3 months to get initial appointment.nnIt took several more months to get a sleep study, which was rescheduled twice throughout that time.nnThe study was supposed to be a full night of sleep so they could get the most data but the attendant woke me up at 5:30am.nnI was told it would be 1 week (or 2 weeks tops) to get my results, but it took 4 weeks.nnI was never even contacted by the doctor to tell me my results. I just got called by someone to tell me they were setting me up with a machine. She was surprised no one else contacted me with the results.nnA one night sleep study cost over $7,000.
