Clerks were trying hard, but did not listen well to what I was wanting. Not uncommon, they were doing their best and were confident about their help. I found the exact item I wanted above the items they were pointing out that would do the job - but they wouldn’t as it was a bit different. They were excited when I pointed out the product. Haha. It’s all good.
I went to Roy's to get a spark plug for my chainsaw. I was in the store less than 2 minuets and was greeted by an employee. He was able to help me get what I needed. Great store. I wanted to do a review because with all that is going on they need a kudos.
Good people service and a fair price. Went to get new blades for my Husqvarna rider. Significantly less money for the same blades over lark in Cadillac or traverse city. Go in Roy's alot and the people are always very friendly and helpful.
The selection is great for a small hardware store. Their service department is professional and their employees have been very kind and helpful. My boys and I really like the live bait selection too!
I always come here when I'm in TC. The breakfast buffet is pretty damn good and if you need anything they probably have it.
