Highly recommend DeWeese Hardware! I was there for a very short period of time and spent very little, but was met with expert customer service! Super kind people with customer service at the front of their mind.
Best hardware store I've even been to, and I've lived all over the state of Michigan. For it's size, they have almost everything you could possibly need and the customer service is 2nd to none.
Went there to buy a shovel. I walked in, 5 people standing around doing nothing. I found what I wanted but it didn't have a price tag. I picked 2 up and asked for the price of the one I wanted and told them if the one without the price tag was the same or less I would take it. They sent Jim for the price. It took forever. When he came back the cashier cashed me out and told me to go put the other one back where I found it. I might be a female but these guys assumed I knew nothing and very much talked Down to me never going back.
They are sooo nice there. Greeter sends you down the right aisle or radios for assistance. If you cant find it here you didnt really need it
Impressive inventory. Staff is very knowledgeable.
