Great sales
Walked in to the Men's suit department and literally had to help myself. Was in a hurry to find a suit fast for a funeral. 2 employees working across the isle from me never offered me any help even after I came to the main walkway looking for someone to assist me. I then Googled The Men's Warehouse and left. I was very well taken care of at The Men's Warehouse. Thanks J.C. Penney, from a former employee.
Only one register open. Average wait time is ridiculous! Every single customer is not happy. We have watched 7 people leave baskets and clothing and walk out! Come on Penney’s... get it together
The staff works ng were very helpful. They are short staffed right now but are really trying under difficult working conditions
The place was the worse I've ever seen it. Racks/shelves were bare and a mess. Only one register in the whole store was open with a very long line of unhappy customers. Things were not in the right places. No one around for help except one lady at perfume counter who was no help at all and the two ladies at the register's in men's department. I was not a happy customer like others who put things back and walked away. Probably won't be back. Grand Traverse Mall is getting worse and worse with stores that keep closing up.
