Great store, products but mostly knowledgeable sales and mechanic staff. That is what makes a successful bike store, Einsteins.
They don't do bike rentals anymore, but it's listed as a service on this page. Minus two stars for that _but_ plus one start because the staff was very friendly and she shared her knowledge about the area along with a brochure with a map of area trails that I'll be walking ud83dude02 with my family. Nice clean store with friendly staff. Interesting bicycles too.
I was up in the Traverse City area for vacation and of course broke my seat post collar. I could not find the correct size anywhere but when I called Ben at Einstein he offered to go above and beyond to help.nnHis wife had Pugsley at home so he offered to run home and sell me her seat post collar. I do not think I would have been able to ride without his help. No where else had a collar to fit a Pugsley in stock.nnGuys are super friendly and his offer was huge.nnThanks again for the great service.nnI may be back for a Large Frank soon!
Got by wife's beater tuned up to include a flat repair. Took bike home. Discoverd front flat in April. Used compressor only to blow out same front tire. Lost receipt. David fixed it, no charge. Einstein's rocks!n..
