Out of every post office I've been in and outside of Traverse City, this is by far the best. They're actually courteous and helpful. If only other post offices can learn by example. Thank you for being friendly.
I've been here many times and keep thinking it was just another bad day for them. Rude, impatient, bossy. Very unprofessional service. Only the young lady was polite. I think they're worse after 4:00 because they want to go home. I always feel like reporting them.
Ladies in the post office are always so helpful. Take time with you, answer questions, and are very courteous.
The service at this location is beyond despicable they are rude and inconsiderate it is a shame that these people still have jobs.
One of the older ladies is the most ignorant person I’ve ever met.
