Spent $4400 on 6 kitchen cabinets.nTook forever to come in and when they did we should've went to Big Lots .There were multiple issues but the worst was an engineering design of the draws , totally flawed so none of my draws shut right. First source response was to say your obviously unhappy so we'd be willing to come get the cabinets and give you a refund and I could go somewhere else.nDispite after waiting months and having them installed. Good job .nLearned a very expensive leason.nIf your not a builder, contractor or tradesman DO NOT GO TO BUILDERS FIRST SOURCE.....
When deciding where to get lumber for building my house I thought hard and decided builder first choice. The lumber was always good.. never had to pick through it like menards. Everything was banded and they loaded it on my trailer. John cook has been nothing but helpful and full of good ideas as I continue to build my house. Would recommend john and builder first choice anytime!
