Incredible service! Took my little guy here to get hardware store exposure and the staff was so great to show him around and listen to what we were looking for. Through this excitement I forgot several screws and came back the next morning. They were not even open yet, but as I sat in my car, he still helped me. Ran to pick the items and took my card and checked me out. Talk about service!!
I rented a Uhaul cargo van this afternoon. When I went to return the rental, the keys didn't fit in the drop box. They got stuck as I tried to put them in. The lady at the counter had instructed me to put them there, as it was after hours for the Uhaul desk. When they got stuck, I went in and told her. She rolled her eyes, sighed, and rubbed her temples. She then walked away and ignored me, as I stood there trying to figure out what I was supposed to do. I decided to walk outside and try to retrieve the keys on my own. I was able to get them loose, and took them back inside. I am very displeased with the customer service I receive at this particular location. I have never had a bad Uhaul experience prior to this one.
I love this store! Small enough to navigate quickly and only steps from your car, big enough that they have most anything you need or can order it. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I really appreciate how they tried to keep us all safe at the beginning of the pandemic by actually making their own masks for those of us that didn’t have one or forgot to bring one.

I picked up a uhaul trailer from this location and the guy who helped us was great. He was very kind and helpful. I've rented a couple other uhauls before and the people I've picked them up from just tell you which trailer is yours and that's it. This guy came out in the cold and actually hooked it up and checked the lights for us.
