From my first call to Top Line to the finished service call, the courtesy, service, and efficiency displayed by everyone I dealt with was exceptional. Not only was I given the option to have an immediate response, but informed it would incur overtime charges, or waiting until Monday, the final bill was far less than the worst case scenario estimate I was given. During the repair, my options were clearly explained to me and it was completed much more quickly that I expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Top Line Electric to anyone in need of any sort of electrical service.

I had a 17K briggs generator that I had purchased on my own and I was calling around trying to find somebody to install it including my automatic transfer switch. Stephen came out to my house and was willing to give his expertise regarding my particular situation. Admittedly, I was very specific about how I wanted installed, they were more than accommodating and gave me a quote that was significantly lower than three others that I received. They were extremely flexible on a day that worked for me.nnThe tech that they sent out was extremely knowledgeable and did quality work. Despite needing to come back the next morning, it was commendable that they were professional enough that they were willing to do it right over two days rather than slopped together in one day.nnEverything works perfectly and I could not be happier with the service. Would recommend to anybody searching and will certainly use again in the future.
