The lady working at the front is beyond rude. For no reason. I had an appt for my Covid vaccine, and she wouldn’t even look at my information. She said I was too young, just looking at me. I tried to explain that I have verification from work to get it at this time, I also registered on the site but she wouldn’t even let me speak. She is making decisions on who can get the vaccine based on her own personal feelings. I also do not know why you would have the first person people encounter at your facility be someone who treats people this way. Really awful experience after driving 45 min.

My wife , Katie. and I were fortunate to get our Covid shots at your facility on Friday. The entire process was done with military precision.,from the first contact to the waiting period for reactions. Withiut exception the entire team was helpful and cordial even though it was bitterly cold and blustery. I can not thank the whole team enough for their exceptional professionalism. Thanks again NcLaren.

I recently had knee replacement surgery and had McLaren Home Health Care for my nursing and physical therapy after my discharge from the hospital. They were very prompt in contacting me to set up my after care. My nurse was Stacy and my physical therapist was Mirek. They are both very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend McLaren Home Health Care to anyone for post operative care. Thank you so much Stacy and Mirek, you made the transition to my home a very pleasant experience . A Team of McLaren home health care people - nurses, OT, PT and home health aides have been visiting me at home for about 6 weeks. They are fantastic -- professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful beyond expectation. I've enjoyed having them come to my house.
