I had been looking for a shabby chic shelves for months, ordered many different mantel styles and returned all of them. I came across this company spoke to Sandra, showed her a picture of what I had in mind.nWithin 10 days I had the perfect shelve with the exact coloring I had hoped for. Couldn’t have been any better. Pollums Natural Resources recently made a custom order mantel for me. I placed the order on a Saturday; my mantel was delivered to me (in Illinois) the following Thursday. Sandy answered all my questions before placing my order and was very prompt and clear in doing so. My mantel is absolutely beautiful; each piece of wood was obviously meticulously picked and pieced together. I'm so very happy and impressed by this company and highly recommend them.
I have purchased lumber here before and it was okay but when I call to ask about being able to purchase lumber at 4:00 on a Tuesday I’m told we close at 2:30. Not asking any other questions of me just no. Sorry I can buy lumber somewhere else and the idea u close at 2:30 on a weekday how is a guy that works and needs supplies for the next job suppose to get there never again.
