Staff avoids you if you look like you need help.
Very busy Sunday in the store, but plenty of associates available to assist. They were able to look up where a couple of items I couldn’t find were located. Would have been more helpful to actually come with to show the items as they were small and still difficult to find. Overall a positive experience.
Menards usually has everything i need
After shopping several years here after this visit won't no more. Ordered 15 bags rubber nugget mulch online for pickup. Told wrong place to pickup and then told to go in to garden center both wrong on phone. Then told to go around building to pickup. 7 cars one girl checking people pulling in front of others after waiting 20 minutes finally talked to after I got out of truck because tired of being skipped. 10+ minutes discussing with 3 workers about pickup and where my order is. Waited 15 more minutes for delivery by nice guy Steven only good point of visit. Over an hour for a simple pickup only. WOW. PS: Talked to Lady Front End Manger politely later that day and instead of listening she just hung up. Sealed the deal not to go back
Great service! Fast friendly and safe! Cody helped us get our refrigerator and was awesome! He even made sure he went and found it in inventory while we setup delivery!
