Good Morning, I'm Writing a review for WindowParts.com support. I bought several window sash replacements from WindowParts.com. The order arrived. One of the sashes was broken. I called the service department. I reported the damage. Very soon after the report. I was notified they were on it. They sent me a replacement sash, right away. Everyone was so helpful. I'm very pleased. Good service and great customer service. The entire Team was fantastic.Great work. Thank you All.
We needed to replace two failing 47-yr old Andersen windows and found the conversion kit to be the best solution. Easy order, good, incredibly well-packaged delivery. Installed perfectly in less than an hour. Outstanding product, service all around. Will gladly do more business as other windows need work. Highly recommend WindowParts.

Justin at WindowParts.com is AMAZING!! Two of my Three Hinges on my Andersen French Doors had broke. I could not find them ANYWHERE. So, Justin spent a good half-hour with me on the phone (because my old ones were discontinued) and he found the EXACT Replacement Parts I needed. And, not only that, when I received the new ones they popped right into place without having to router out any holes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PARTS!!
I needed parts for an older Andersen Slider. Three attempts were made to contact customer service and was placed on hold for over (30) minutes. Out of frustration I placed the order hoping that I was selecting the correct parts. The website is mediocre at best and not clear as to what parts are compatible. The parts I ordered were not correct. I now have to pay both the return shipping AND a restocking fee. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
