Called the office to ask a question about stopped mail. (That no one actually stopped) The gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude and would not help in any way. He offered no solution and did not care about the situation. He literally told me “Welp”. Seriously?!?! Poor customer service is an understatement.
Strange! Most of us pay our bills online, send cards online, use other delivery services for packages, etc. and the post office is now automated for the most part and still can not compete. It now takes a minimum of 10 days to get a letter from Okemos to Grand Ledge delivered. I truly believe it is just a few of the people at the Grand Ledge Post Office ruining the service and reputation and it is most unfortunate.
Diligent and professional. Extremely helpful with my questions. The line doubled 10 minutes before closing. Workers didn't realize it was after closing time because they were focused on customer needs.
I was there yesterday (10-5-20) at 415 near closing time and I needed help sending a special piece of mail and the lady (wish I would have caught her name) who helped me went above a beyond in helping me and was very sincere in how she talked to me. Such awesome customer service skills. Thank you
