I stopped by here today to pick up some hex bolts to assemble some furniture. I didn't know the exact sizes I needed, but the gentleman working in that area was able to locate exactly what I needed immediately! (It would have taken me forever to pick them out myself - their selection is massive.) Got them home and they fit perfectly. I was also here earlier in the week to have some keys cut, and was helped right away. I love the amazing customer service at this location!
Some fine gentleman were able to assemble my new grill.nnUpdate. Masks appear optional. Front cashier's not wearing them. Shop at your own risk. B
We enjoy this store, love the people here and the items are fairly marked.
8/23 and 8/25/2020. Two different female cashiers refuse to wear masks inside this retail establishment. One of them tried to get into a shouting match with me yesterday, spewing the HIPPA miss-truths being spread by conservative media. I spoke with the manager and he witnessed the incident yesterday when I just politely asked for someone with a mask to cash me out. He did offer an apology for the employee's behavior towards me.nnAfter looking at the current Executive Order in Michigan, this store is in violation of multiple sections (unmasked employees in customer facing positions that cannot be socially distant, no hand sanitizer at the door). I spoke to the Manager this morning and took him the 30 page guidelines from the State of Michigan for retail establishments. He was polite, but shrugged it all off.nnAll of the other employees and customers were wearing masks and are very helpful people. Most employees appear to be in the age range where Covid-19 is a real risk. The same cashier was working today with no mask.
It's extention convenient for locals, but that comes with a slight bump in price compared to places a few miles away.nnHowever, the staff is very nice and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile, which other stores are sometimes unable to do.
