We have used The Travel Experience several times. Robin is truly dedicated and excited by her chosen career and her team is attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive. Our trips have been absolutely wonderful, but it's good to know they would be there to support us if we ran into a snag on our vacation. Robin is amazing. I was one of those people who had stopped using a travel agent long ago when it became easy to book your own flights and hotel online. But when I met Robin several years ago I decided to use The Travel Experience to book a Viking River Cruise in Eastern Europe. This was the best decision I ever made! Robin handled everything, keeping us well informed, and made the experience of planning the trip completely stress free. She was able to recommend the best time of year to go, which ship to select, and even recommended excursions. Once we made a decision, she handled everything; booking the trip with Viking, booking the flights, travel insurance. She even gave us a good recommendation for a car service to drive us to and from the airport. I have used the Travel Experience for all my trips since then and will continue to do so. Just booked another trip to Italy for 2021!
We had a vacation planned for this past July. Due to Covid we had to cancel. Robin went above and beyond for us and communicated with us through the whole cancellation process. We were refunded and we will be booking again when we feel safe to travel. We have always booked through Robin and we have always been more than pleased with our experience.
