The real mark of a company‘s customer service comes not during the sale but when there’s a problem. I have been having an ongoing issue with a stihl chainsaw bought at darlings hardware. Mike the owner personally went out of his way to solve the problem even after the factory warranty had elapsed. His integrity and concern for his customers satisfaction is unmatched by any other company I’ve dealt with. He not only was willing to Do what he could to make things right personally, he also worked on my behalf pressuring stihl to stand behind their products even after the warranty period. Im so happy to see a company that is more concerned with taking care of it’s customer and it’s reputation then it is with its bottom line.
