I'm using my dishwaster for the first time as it was installed Friday. I now have a kitchen floor full of water. Obviously it wasn't installed correctly. How do we get this corrected? Not a happy customer. I will bring this to Lowe's attention. You are a reflection of their business.

This company was contracted by Lowe's to install my dishwasher. At the original appointment, they claimed the washer was too big - understandably they didn't install. I was originally happy with the quick reschedule of their services with a new dishwasher, only to be informed on the same morning the install was scheduled that Marlon, the installer, refused to return and install because the site condition wasn't clean... We had done extra cleaning after the old dishwasher was removed and this installer never stepped into my house this morning to determine this. Seeing other reviews of this company name him as being problematic and unprofessional makes me wonder - why is he still employed if he's losing business for this company, and why is Lowe's still contracting with them if everyone who comes in contact with this installer cancels their service? Unprofessional for this to be handled in this way, and will not use Lowe's installation again due to their contract using this company .

Very poor communication. I purchased a dishwasher from Costco, they were the assigned installer. I made contact, per Costco's request, but was never able to make contact with them, as they don't answer their phone. Sunday evening, I received an email letting me know North Country Installs would be installing the next morning. They told Costco that they had scheduled this with me, which is very much not accurate. At this point, we are cancelling the entire order and shopping local, which is what we should have done in the first place.

Chris was superb in removing and installing dishwashers for us. We had complications due to a previously poorly installed dishwasher, but Chris was helpful and patient in the process (he came out three times to get the job done). I recommend him highly to anyone!

I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s and North Country came out to remove the old one and install the new one. The Installer, Mike Aumack, did an excellent job!! He was very thorough and went above and beyond his duties. I had faulty electrical outlets and he diagnosed and replaced them. He didn’t charge me any extra and this would have been quite expensive I’m sure to get an electrician to come out. He was very informative and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend North Country Installations to anyone. He also cleaned up when done and was very kind. I couldn’t have had a better experience!!! Thank you.
