Great customer care! Worked with travels & beyond a few different times now and each time is wonderful. Definitely recommend them if needing help with a trip.
We booked a trip through Kelly & was told that Rio in Cabo would be able to eat at any of the other resorts while we stayed at the palace. Once we got there we were told different. We were told that we could only eat breakfast & lunch at santa fe but couldn't eat any dinner there. The only reason we pick the palace over santa fe was because she told us that we could eat at any of the 3 locations in Riu. We had other couples that went with us and they were staying in the Santa fe. Which made us very made that we couldn't eat dinner with them. I have more that I could add about they lies that Kelly told us that was untrue. I DONT recommend using this travel agency at all! She doesnt know anything about the resorts on what you can do & not do! She was not helpful at all & just told you what you wanted to hear!
