I had a wonderful and professional experience through Michigan Made Products! My initial ornament request could not be fulfilled because vendor was out of stock on my choice. However, Kathy from MMP emailed me immediately with a different, in-stock suggestion. The ornament choice was wonderful! It took less than seven days from online purchase, switching ornaments mid-stream, and delivery! I was very happy!

Purchased a Pic-a-Bench and two Adirondack chairs w/ UP table through Michigan Made’s website. The bench was great. Friendly delivery. Quality built. Builder delivered the item and recommended care products.nIt wasn’t until I began putting the UP table together before I realized there were gaps between the boards and one was slightly warped. The instructions were also not very easy to understand. Assuming the chairs were going to be of sub-standard quality, I decided to return them. When I contacted Michigan Made to return the items, it was a struggle to work with them. Instead of accepting that I was unhappy with the purchase, I had to prove with pictures that the table was defective. I was also responsible for return shipping. Why should the customer be responsible for return shipping for a defective item? Bad business in my opinion. They don’t stand behind the products they sell.nIf you’re looking for craft kit outdoor furniture, look elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache to work with this company if something isn’t right.

Ordered online. Teensy tiny item not worth 19.95. Plus tax and shipping. Received 2 items smaller than described. Return policy is too expensive to return item and possible restocking charge. Not spending more of my money.
