The people at this post office were wonderfully friendly!
One of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever gotten... but unfortunately it happens so often it's like Groundhog Day every time you visit. If you're going in 10 min before the lunch break, the gates are DOWN because Clerk Mike is in the back stuffing his face.... He doesn't stick to the hours posted. As soon as you walk in with a bag of packages, you can hear Mike make weird sounds that I've only heard a teenager make when asked to do a chose. While having the packages scanned in (weighted and paid for postage at home) he gives you a thing about using carrier pick up as he's breathing like darth vader and sweating all over your mail. But when you put in the request, nobody comes up.... Every time I have to go into the post office Mike makes me rethink using USPS vs. FedEx.
