I called to get a quote on my yard for mosquitos and tick spray. I was told that the first service would cost more, but then the 2nd service would be less because they would only be doing the perimeter. When I got my first invoice it was the number quoted. But when I got my 2nd Invoice it was double the amount that I was quoted. It took some time but they did correct my problem. I then asked my next spray to be completed in the middle of October and schedule it then on the phone. Nobody showed up... I called on November 5th to find out what happened and the representative said “a tech will call you back I’m not sure what happened” it has now been 10 days since that call and I have not heard anything. Very disappointed I will not be using this service again.

Excellent service, communication. I have used their service for two years now have had no ticks. Very very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone. Five stars

I just wanted to say, Thank you to Bob and his crew for doing, as usual, an excellent job. I appreciate that they call the day before they come to let you know that they will be there and they post a sign letting neighbors know that the yard has been sprayed if they should have concerns about their dogs being on the property. So, thank again, for hopefully, another tickless year.

We have used Mainely Ticks since we moved into a house in the middle of the woods in southern Maine - we had 2 German Shepherds - we have one now - never a tick on a dog nor a human - could not be more pleased - well worth the money
