I love our gem of a post office! Friendly, helpful, convenient. I think expectations of other reviewers are really not realistic for a town as small as ours. We're lucky to have it! I can call and get called occasionally personally by the post mistress and/or the delivery person to alert me to any issues, packages, etc. Where else in the world does that happen?!?!
Won’t even try to deliver packages even though they routinely provide false “attempted to deliver” information to companies shipping through them. Literally only a couple of small windows of time on certain days that they are even open. Beyond inconvenient. I don’t think expectations of delivering a small package is overstepping expectations of a small town’s post office (I have lived in a more rural, small town area and never had this issue there). Last I checked that was a post office’s purpose—mail delivery.
Small town post office. Friendly staff of 1. Conveniently located in downtown Owls Head. Actually, the Post Office is currently THE downtown of Owls Head. It's located on the way to the lighthouse. The clerk window is only opened limited hours so check before you go if you need hands on service.
Worst post man ever!!there really no point even have a post man in owls head guy dont wanna do anything...
driver will not bring anything bigger than envelope constantly have too go pick up very inconvenient
