I always come here for a haircut they have always been GREAT. but thus time Hannah cut my hair and did an absolute awful job! I told her I did not want layers, I just wanted the ends trimmed. She BUCHERED my hair. It's up to my chin, she did layers and it honestly looks awful. She was focused on talking to everyone but me. I have never been so upset about my hair. I understand it grows back but she literally did awful and I will never use her again.
I worked with Hannah to have my hair colored. After a bad experience at another salon I was nervous. Hannah very confidently eased my concerns. She talked through the process answering my questions, listening to my concerns and made suggestions. I would recommend a dozen times over! Thank you Hannah.
