Top notch professional service from the site inspection, recommendations and options for placement to the installation. Kohler brand was presented as high quality with the data to back it up. Fair service policies for the future. Very happy with the quality of the installation, our property was treated respectfully and all employees have been very friendly.
Interested only in an American built engine and solid generator with professional and certified technicians. Mid Maine and Kohler supplied both, with excellent warrenty and full installation. All expectations exceeded by site survey, considerate technicians, great service! Couldn't ask for more.
We had called several places for estimates and it was an easy decision to choose Mid Maine. Our initial appointment for an estimate was pre-COVID. Once we decided to have the generator installed, the appointment was made for the middle of July. The office staff we spoke with were friendly and professional and the 2 guys that came were so nice, very willing to answer any questions we had. They did a fantastic job! I was very impressed with the clean up, outside and in the basement. You couldn’t even tell they had been here. Having the peace of mind that when the power goes out, we won’t have to worry. I will highly recommend Mid Maine Generator to anyone that asks!
We had a multi-family new build recently and wanted the security of a generator back up for power outages. From our first call to Mid-Maine Generator thru follow up calls to the complete installation we were extremely pleased and treated with great respect. Our initial visit for choosing the right generator to the initial quotes and asking questions thru the process the owner, office staff and work crews were fabulous.
