I made contact on a Monday morning had a quote by Monday afternoon and my new washer was delivered and installed by that Tuesday. I called Dave's because I was afraid I had a gas leak. A gentleman there walked me through how to shut the gas off at the tank. Then he immediately put me in touch with another gentleman who came to my house and got everything right. I can't thank them enough for what they did. They definitely have a customer in me the next time I need appliances and I will recommend them highly to anyone who is looking for appliances. It turns out my hot water heater was exhausting out back into the house. Not something you ever want happening. They definitely could have saved my life. Thanks so very much! Wendy
