My son has been at Gateway. It has been a wonderful experience. The therapists, teachers and staff have been top notch! I love the family involvement. It has been very safe with the pandemic as they follow regulations to a T. I highly recommend this school. It has been life changing for my son and our family.

We have had a great experience at Gateway. The therapists have been wonderful, and the program and facility exceeded my expectations. My son would say that he has had a great time there as well - learning life skills and making great friendships. I agree with other reviewers in that I wish this type of experience could be available to all. This covid crisis has only added to the benefits of a Gateway experience as our son has been able to safely go to school and socialize with his friends in person. It seems to be one of the few places to have a typical high school experience these days. Thank you Gateway!

Our son just returned home two weeks ago after spending 10 months at Gateway Academy. I am so grateful to the owners, staff, teachers and therapists who took such good care of my son, both physically and mentally, while he was there - especially during a global pandemic! The work he did at Gateway and the extensive communication with family was above and beyond anything we could have provided for him at home. As difficult a decision it was at the time, our family is extremely thankful we found Gateway.

We are very thankful that our family found Gateway. Our experience there has been fantastic. The therapists and staff are all very knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Our son has made a remarkable turnaround and is thriving in the structured environment. The program’s Outdoor Experiential Education program exposes these boys to many opportunities that they might not have dreamed of exploring. Learning, persevering and finally succeeding in activities such as rock climbing, skiing and rappelling creates so many avenues for personal growth. We have been particularly impressed with the program’s handling of life during the pandemic. They not only have been vigilant in keeping the boys safe and limiting outside exposures, but also very creative with activities and experiences. We truly feel that our son has had more of a traditional high school experience and interaction with friends than his peers at home. We would highly recommend Gateway to other families that are struggling.

Absolutely amazing school changed my life!! the faculty and teachers care so much about the students and they made me feel very welcome. sometimes the students will have conflict but that's just part of the experience to help your kid to better handle conflict. I came to gateway with depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger issues, and lots of medications and left with mild anxiety. They have forever changed who I will be, and lead me to the person I am today thank you so much!!
