CONS: Heat was broken, TV wouldn’t work, toilet wouldn’t stop running...nnStaff were nice but lots of excuses as to why things weren’t working... “not sure...sometimes the TV doesn’t work. Try unplugging it?” “There should be a heater in there, not sure why it’s not working?” “Sorry, we can’t enter the room to fix the toilet”nnPROS: super nice staff. The hot water and water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Comfy beds. Room was very clean. Location is amazing and the VIEW can not be beat. The restaurant has really good food and the bartenders were the BEST. All in all... I’d stay here again... as long as there’s heat next time.

The women here was absolutely amazing telling us what we could do around here, she smiled and was very polite, the place was nice too! I recommend this place.
$139 for two beds. Microwave & fridge in room. Cable TV. Comfortable beds and clean room. Only soap bar so bring your own shampoo/conditioner. Incredible view from your room!!! Nice staff. Indoor poor and family area not open during covid. Unsure about breakfast?
Was a great stay the owners were so sweet will deff come back here to saddleback inn!!
