If you're looking to build a relationship and not be just a customer of an insurance agent, you needn't look further. Luanne and her team are a testament to what excellent business practices should look like. They are very accessible, highly communicative, unfailingly responsive; and they do it all in a way that gives you a sense of collaboration versus purely business.
