BEWARE. We were told by a man with an “owner” name tag that we could access the storage unit up until 10pm so we trusted it. We showed up to drop off storage on the only day we had available to do so at 7:30pm and the gate would not open. After waiting on hold for THIRTY MINUTES, we were told by the call center that we would need to talk with roadside assistance. After a ten minute wait on hold again, we were told by roadside assistance that the call center agents were the only ones that could help us. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. DO NOT TRUST OR RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Very pleasant. Always helpful. Clean units and staff worked hard to find a unit that fit my needs. Highly recommend and will use them again!
I like the fact as long as the gate is open during regular business hours access is easy. Don't like the fact you have to pay extra for 24 access. I never had to elsewhere.
Service was awesome...Dawn was a life saver❤❤❤❤
They still owe me money so right now I have nothing good to say. They can improve service.
