I love this JoANNS the best, their custom service is Awesome. Its a enjoyable store to shop
Have an amazing selection of fabric and other sewing notions. There is also a wide variety of other craft items including painting and diamond dot. Also on stock is foam and scrapbooking tools.
Great customer service but needs to offer more for paper crafts.
All of the workers tell a different tale, one says they have something, another says they don't. I always try to talk to a manager because that's the only time I get an answer. When making a phone call, I'm usually stuck on hold for 43 minutes and never get my questions answered. Low on stock for many items I need like resin. It's super pricy and I previously found out that I can get all the molds I bought at Joanns on amazon, all together for double less than what I payed all together at Joanns. They do have items though that no one else has like a particular chain for necklaces I use so it is helpful to know that I can go there and find what I need when it comes to that.
Great staff, quality products. Highly recommended. Batik fabrics!
