The guy who i dealt with, quickly talked me out of the stove that I went there special to buy, and told me that I would hear from him on Tuesday about a different stove. As today is Wednesday, and I haven't heard from him, I guess they don't want my money
Very helpful and friendly staff, they seem to be very knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.
This afternoon was an example of what good and caring service can be. I stopped in to ask a question and seek some advice. Even though I was not purchasing anything, Will (Robinson) took the time to answer all of my questions, even those I didn't know I needed to ask. Extremely helpful, thank you Will.
Will went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with our purchase. He explained the site evaluation process as well as how installation would be handled after the site evaluation. As far as customer service goes, they dont come any better than Will.
We shopped around for gas fireplace inserts and after stopping in here decided to purchase from these folks. They were able to answer our questions and helped us understand the things that needed to be done to complete the installation so we made the purchase. I'll give them 4 stars for our experience to date. After the install I'll update the review.
