Staff is very nice and understanding, even a sense of humor to lighten your mood. I personally had a great experience here, knowledgeable and very professional. Prices are not bad either.

Staff is wonderful. They want for you to be fully satisfied. I was treated with the utmost respect. They made sure I was totally satisfied with my dentures and that the fit was perfect. I've had dentures for over 40 years and this is the first time I could eat right from the start with no discomfort. I was eating apples and celery. I am so happy with every aspect of my experience. Thank you Aspen Dental for making my experience very pleasant. And not to forget that I have already had many compliments on how nice my smile is. Thank you again!

I traveled from Augusta to this location and I called because my GPS sent me the wrong way and it caused me to be a little late 12 min I understand you have policies but I was scheduled for 3 fillings and got told because I was late I could only have one and was told to just deal with it. The conversation that the assistant and dentist where talking about during my filling was super uncomfortable as well.

I was probably the most nervous client this office has ever had. I was traumatized before at a dentist so getting to the dentist and having my procedure done was something that took a lot of patience and understanding.nThe staff was incredible. So kind. Assistant Tara played music for me while I had all of my bottom teeth extracted. Dr. Reddy asked if I needed a break and was very quick. She stated she would go as gentle as possible. Assistant Tara did a great job applying the numbing sticks. Even the front office staff was very welcoming and I can't remember her name right now.nI would definitely recommend topsgam dental to anyone who needs dental work. Even the dentures fit comfortably and getting a mold of my top was difficult because I have such a small mouth.nThank you Aspen Dental! Now I will no longer be in pain or have the infection. I feel much better and should have had it done long before now!

I've had good experiences and rough ones at this Aspen Dental, but I can say the rough ones have only been in the past. With new Dentists and staff, this location really turned it around and won my patronage back. They took the time to review my treatment plan, then go over it with me, and explain cost breakdown for future visits. When having work done, the staff did a great job and made efficient work of the task. Beyond that, staff was consistently cleaning each area for covid precautions, which speaks to the hygiene of the office if needing to visit during the pandemic. Highly recommend
