I'm so grateful that I found Laine, whose experience and skills create a rare and valuable combination. She's great at listening to what I want, and following through. (On my first visit, Laine had to fix someone else's bad haircut. Her work was SO good that I didn't need a follow-up for months!) Unlike a lot of stylists, Laine doesn't get tangled up in ego: she doesn't take feedback personally, but works WITH you on what you want. I appreciate her down-to-earth personality, and the fact that she takes Covid safety precautions so seriously. I'm very happy with Laine and recommend her highly.
Laine has been cutting and coloring my hair for over five years, since I first moved to Maine. She takes time to learn about each of her clients and their wants and needs so she can provide the very best individualized service. She provides suggestions but is never overbearing. The shop is attractive and always meticulously clean. During COVID, she has surpassed the guidelines and made me feel safe. I have recommended Laine to several family and friends, and each has been pleased with their outcome! Thank you, Laine, for always providing the best experience!
