Ever since this location got a new building and new staff their quality and accuracy has tanked severely! There early morning crew rocks and hits it right ever time, their mid morning and afternoon crews never make the coffee orders correctly and are rude on the drive thru if you try to correct them if the screen order is incorrect, when you receive your order it’s still wrong! When you go back in they remake your coffee or food it’s still wrong or cold!! Customer service is hard but these are all simple retraining issues! Hopefully management can address these as this isn’t a first from reading these reviews!!!
I placed a pickup order, they confirmed it at the ordering speaker, then they tried to charge me again at the pickup window (for a drink I didn't order). Then they couldn't find my order, told me I was confused because they never got the order, had me repeat it several times, and eventually made it for me. They never apologized for the delay and the woman at the window was rude from the start.
A Favorite place to get the absolute 1 and only original .. The dunkaccino.
I get the same coffee at the Cooks corner dunkin' donuts everyday. Nine times out of 10 a coffee its wrong. I asked for same ingredients every day. They don't read the little tag on the side of the cup they just put in whatever they want. If I forget to sit in the Drive-Thru and taste my coffee I will be a few miles down the road taste the coffee and I have to go back. Plus they just reopen for having four employees not follow covid rules and they all got got covid-19 Get it together please
Absolutely delicious Franchise. The employees are always friendly and quick to fill the orders
