Closest I can get to a credit union's way of doing business. They loaned me money when I was in a dire situation when my c.u. refused, at a fair interest rate.
Incredibly unnecessarily long wait times
$7.50 charge to cash a certified check from this institution is absurd. Teller was rude when I told her I had no interest in opening an account at a bank that soaks it’s customers with these types of fees! Brunswick is lucky to have plenty of other banks who value customers.nnThe canned response from the owner defending this fee as “reasonable” is a clear example of why JD Power ranked Key Bank LAST in customer satisfaction in the New England region. These guys just don’t get it.
KeyBank free checking they allow your account overdrawn not cool
$7.50 to cash a check from a client , check was written on Key Bank account. Because I had no account there I was charged a fee of $7.50. I will no longer accept checks written on Key Bank accounts . I wonder if Key costumers are aware of this outrageous practice!
